Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and cricket bats or protective equipment are securely padded to prevent transit damage.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
